First Day of School (Grades 1-12)
Thursday, August 13
First Days of School (Kindergarten and Preschool)
Staggered Start (half of the students attend on August 19th, while the other half attend on the 20th)
All Kindergarteners and Preschoolers begin attending school full-time on August 21st -
Register New Student(s) or Re-register Returning Student(s)
All students, whether new or returning, must complete online registration through Final Forms before the start of each school year.
It's important that all student information remains current. Throughout the school year, please use Final Forms to update any changes in address, contact information, custody, medical history, and more.

All students attending Miami Trace schools will receive FREE breakfast and lunch for the 2026-27 school year!
What to Know:
- This applies to all students enrolled at Miami Trace
- No action is required by families for students to participate
- A la carte items are not included in the program and must be purchased
- District eligibility is determined annually and communicated to families before each school year

Ohio law mandates specific immunizations for students entering Kindergarten, 7th grade, and 12th grade. Please submit proof of immunization or an exemption form via FinalForms or directly to your child's school prior to the start of the school year.

Our district uses ParentSquare for school communication, primarily with email, text and app notifications. ParentSquare automatically syncs with our Student Information System to generate an account for each parent, using their preferred email address and phone number.
